How does the subscription work?

You pay a flat $30 a month. That includes unlimited home internet service and the 5G gateway you plug in at home. One charge, one number, no add-ons.

When am I billed?

Your first $30 is charged at sign-up — and it’s 100% refundable inside the 30-day trial. After that, the same date every month.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards today. We’re adding more payment methods over time and will surface new options in your KLiving account when they go live.

What happens if my payment fails?

We’ll email you and retry the charge a few times. If it keeps failing, the subscription pauses until the payment goes through — we don’t cut service silently.

Do you require a contract?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time with no fee.

What network does HomeWifi30 use?

HomeWifi30 runs on T-Mobile’s 5G home internet network, with 4G LTE fall-back where 5G is partial. The pink T-Mobile cue you see across this site nods to that — every HomeWifi30 customer is a T-Mobile 5G customer in disguise.

How fast is the internet?

Speeds vary by location, but you’ll get unlimited 4G/5G home internet that handles streaming, working, and learning online comfortably. Most customers see 100–300 Mbps down on a good 5G signal; upload typically lands at 10–40 Mbps.

How do I check if my address is covered?

Use the live T-Mobile coverage map on our /coverage page. If the map shows pink at your address, you’re good to go. If it’s grey or no fill, we’d rather you not sign up than ship a device that won’t work.

Can I bring my own router?

The 5G gateway we ship doubles as a Wi-Fi router. If you’d rather use your own mesh system, plug it into the gateway’s Ethernet port — works fine.

Is the device free?

The device is included with your subscription, but it isn’t free in the “keep it forever” sense — it stays the property of KLiving LLC. When you cancel, it goes back to us.

What ships with the service?

A 5G home internet gateway (connects up to 32 devices), a power adapter, a short Ethernet cable, and a one-page setup guide. There’s also a free mobile app that walks you through setup if you’d rather follow your phone.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 2–3 business days once your coverage is confirmed. Shipping is free both ways.

What if the device is damaged or stops working?

Contact support and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Don’t troubleshoot a busted device — that’s on us.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — 30 days, risk-free. If you’re not happy with the service, cancel within the first 30 days and return the device, and we refund the first $30.

Can I cancel for any reason?

Yes. No long-term contract. Cancel any time and return the equipment in good condition.

When do I get the refund if I cancel within 30 days?

After we receive the device back in good condition, we refund the first $30 to your original payment method. Usually a few business days once the package arrives at our warehouse.

What if I don’t return the device after cancellation?

A non-return fee of $250 applies — that’s the replacement cost of the gateway. We’d much rather you ship it back; the return label is free.

How do I arrange a return?

Visit the Return Merchandise Authorization page on this site, or contact support at customersupport@kliving.org or 1-888-416-1068. We’ll send the return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

Why is HomeWifi30 part of KLiving?

HomeWifi30 is one of several KLiving brands (KreditBuilder is another). A single KLiving account signs you into all of them, so you don’t manage separate logins or separate billing relationships.

Do you run a credit check?

No. HomeWifi30 does not run a credit check. If building credit is a goal, the sister brand KreditBuilder is designed for that.
