HomeWifi30 terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of HomeWifi30 (“the Service”), a subscription home internet product operated by KLiving, Inc. By signing up you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

HomeWifi30 provides 5G home internet access for a flat $30 per month, taxes included, delivered via a 5G gateway we ship to your service address. The Service is provisioned on the T-Mobile 5G network; coverage and speed vary by location.

3. Your account

You manage HomeWifi30 through your KLiving account at dev.account.kliving.org. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel any time from your account hub; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.

5. Equipment

The 5G gateway remains KLiving, Inc. property. Upon cancellation you must return the gateway in working condition using the shipping label we provide. Unreturned or damaged equipment is subject to a replacement fee up to $250.

6. Acceptable use

HomeWifi30 is for residential use. Reselling, operating a commercial hotspot, or using the service in ways that degrade the network for other customers is prohibited.

7. Warranty and returns

New activations include a 30-day satisfaction period: return the gateway within 30 days for a full refund, return shipping on us. See the full returns policy for details.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Neither KLiving, Inc. nor HomeWifi30 is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms; material changes come with email notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
