1. Who we are

HomeWifi30 is a brand operated by KLiving, Inc. When you sign up for HomeWifi30 you also create (or reuse) a KLiving account — a single login that works across every KLiving brand. This policy covers data we collect on the HomeWifi30 marketing site and data handled inside the KLiving customer app for your HomeWifi30 subscription.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, shipping and service address, billing details, and any messages you send support.

Service and device data: for your HomeWifi30 subscription we store your device's serial number, signal quality metrics, plan status, and payment history.

Automatically collected: device and browser information, pages visited, referrer URLs, and interaction timestamps on this marketing site. Cookies and similar technologies are used only with your consent — see our cookie settings.

3. How we use your information

  • Provision and ship your HomeWifi30 device
  • Verify 5G coverage at your address before activation
  • Process subscription payments and manage billing
  • Send service updates, billing notices, and security alerts
  • Provide customer support and warranty coverage
  • Improve the site and service through aggregate analytics (when you consent)
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with our payments processor (Chargebee), our network partner (T-Mobile, for 5G service provisioning), our customer-support and email providers, and authorities when required by law. Other KLiving brands do not receive your HomeWifi30 account data except where you explicitly opt in to a cross-brand feature.

5. Your privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under CCPA/CPRA. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. Email privacy@homewifi30.com to exercise any of these rights.

6. Data retention

We keep account records for as long as your HomeWifi30 subscription is active, and for up to 7 years after close for tax and accounting reasons. Device signal-quality metrics are aggregated and anonymized after 12 months.

7. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Account passwords are hashed with modern algorithms; payment data never touches our servers in raw form.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the service or regulations change. Material changes come with email notice and a banner on this site.
