Returns and equipment warranty

30-day satisfaction guarantee
If HomeWifi30 doesn't perform the way you expected at your address, return the gateway within 30 days of activation for a full refund. We cover return shipping. Cancel from your KLiving account; the return label arrives by email within an hour.
Defective equipment
The 5G gateway has a 12-month warranty. If it stops working during normal use, email support@homewifi30.com and we'll ship a replacement. Pay nothing.
Damaged or lost equipment
The gateway remains KLiving, Inc. property. If a device is damaged beyond normal use or not returned after cancellation, we charge a replacement fee up to $250, depending on the hardware generation.
How to start a return
- Sign in at dev.account.kliving.org.
- Open the HomeWifi30 section and choose “Cancel and return device.”
- Print the prepaid label from the confirmation email and drop the gateway at any UPS location.
