Returns and equipment warranty

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If HomeWifi30 doesn't perform the way you expected at your address, return the gateway within 30 days of activation for a full refund. We cover return shipping. Cancel from your KLiving account; the return label arrives by email within an hour.

Defective equipment

The 5G gateway has a 12-month warranty. If it stops working during normal use, email support@homewifi30.com and we'll ship a replacement. Pay nothing.

Damaged or lost equipment

The gateway remains KLiving, Inc. property. If a device is damaged beyond normal use or not returned after cancellation, we charge a replacement fee up to $250, depending on the hardware generation.

How to start a return

  1. Sign in at dev.account.kliving.org.
  2. Open the HomeWifi30 section and choose “Cancel and return device.”
  3. Print the prepaid label from the confirmation email and drop the gateway at any UPS location.
